We want to ensure that everyone leaves work each day in the same health they arrived in.
To further improve our health and safety in the workplace, we are launching our new programme – Behavioural Based Safety.
This programme will help us foster a culture of behavioural safety –reducing the risk of injury or harm in the workplace.
As we kick off a new chapter of health and safety at The HEX Group, our Managing Directors, Paul Clews – Alpha Manufacturing and Simon Webb – Bri-Stor Systems, have pledged their commitment to Behavioural Based Safety.
