Building on the success of the Apprenticeship Scheme, 'accelerate' opportunities are designed for those ambitious team members that see a long-term future in the Group. Establishing themselves as an Ambassador, the senior leadership team will work with the team member to join The HEX Group Accelerate Programme, funding education advancement, supported by a bespoke career development programme.

Staff retention is really important to us and we recognise that a motivated, happy workforce results in reduced absenteeism, greater productivity and improved quality.
