Throughout my 14 year career here, I have been consistently encouraged, challenged, and supported to push beyond my comfort zone and realise my full potential. In my current role, I am responsible for delivering high quality mechanical and electrical training to apprentices, new starters, and existing employees. It is a privilege to contribute to the development of our people and to help build the skills that strengthen both our workforce and our future.
