OUR CULTURE

At The HEX Group, culture is shaped by daily actions — the relationships between teams, the pride in our work, and the way we move forward together. With more than 500 colleagues across six divisions working across two sites, teams stay closely connected. Engineers, designers, fabricators, graphics specialists, marketing consultants, and sales teams work side by side, sharing expertise and moving projects forward quickly and confidently.

We’re proud of our roots as a family-built business, but even more proud of how our people have shaped what we’ve become: a modern, forward-looking group with high standards, and a down-to-earth approach.

A Place Where People Build Careers

Many colleagues have been part of the business for 10, 15 or even 30+ years. Others have joined more recently and stepped into greater responsibility as the business continues to grow and evolve. The culture at The HEX Group supports both: stability for long-term career builders and opportunity for people ready to progress.

From apprentices taking their first steps, to managers leading large teams, everyone has access to, development, support, and clear pathways that help them move forward.

A Community That Extends Beyond Work

Our culture goes further than the work we do. Across the Group, colleagues get involved in charity initiatives, volunteering, sponsored challenges, and community projects — not because they have to, but because making a difference matters to them.

Events like HEXFEST, family days, long-service celebrations, and division gatherings strengthen our sense of community and reminds us that a workplace should be somewhere people feel part of something.

Our approach towards creating a truly diverse and inclusive business is embedded within our culture and through our five strategic drivers, are embedded into our core beliefs.
