The Accelerate Programme
Every team member at The HEX Group has equal opportunity to grow and develop their career and to reflect this, in 2022 we launched the Accelerate Programme, an important element of our five-year HR Strategic Roadmap.
The Accelerate Programme complements our Apprenticeship and Higher Apprenticeship schemes and is aimed at Group colleagues seeking to advance their career by embarking on professional and personal development. The Accelerate Programme is a structured framework of learning and is designed to be entirely inclusive with the outcome of supporting the team member to achieve their specific career goals.
